Terms of Service
Effective date: July 10, 2026
Acceptance of These Terms
By using smartsignaldigital.com (the "Site"), operated by Smart Signal Digital ("we," "us"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site Is Informational
The Site describes our services and lets you contact us. Content on the Site — including descriptions of automation systems, marketing approaches, statistics, and cited research — is provided for general information only. It is not legal, financial, or other professional advice, and results described are not a guarantee of the results your business will get.
Service Engagements Are Separate
Nothing on the Site is a binding offer. Actual consulting, automation, or marketing engagements are governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties — including scope, pricing, deliverables, and warranties. If a written agreement conflicts with the Site, the agreement wins.
Intellectual Property
The Site's content, design, logos, and branding belong to Smart Signal Digital. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to breach its security, submitting malicious content through the contact form, scraping it at abusive volume, or using it in any unlawful way.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Smart Signal Digital will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability related to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Stanislaus County, California.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version, with its effective date, will always be posted here. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
